We have an exercise studio, the main equipment being Shapemaster Toning Tables, Vibraxis vibration training machine, and other machines, clients visit in the same way as a gym, but we are very different from a gym, the appeal is 95% female, tends to appeal to older age range, and you can be overweight and unfit to benefit. We also advise on weight loss.
